Help Us Preserve 75 Years of Venango County Fair History!

Matching Grant Countdown to hit 10K goal!

We want to fill the thermometer so we can meet the goal and receive the matching funds by the end of December.

Share how many years you have been involved at the fair by participating in our challenge and donate $1 for each year!

The Venango County Fair Alumni Committee is working to preserve the stories, traditions, photographs, and memories that have made our Fair such an important part of our community.

As we look ahead to the Fair's 75th anniversary in 2031, we're laying the groundwork for something that will last well beyond the celebration: a historical collection that future generations can explore and enjoy.

Our preservation efforts include:

Collecting and digitizing historical photographs, documents, and memorabilia.
Recording the memories of exhibitors, volunteers, Fair Board members, and longtime supporters.
Developing permanent historical exhibits and educational displays.
Celebrating the people and families who helped build our Fair.

Help Our History Live On!

Through our partnership with Bridge Builders Community Foundations, donations to the Venango County Fair Alumni Fund will support historical preservation and anniversary-related projects.

Four Ways You Can Help

Share Your Story: Tell us about your favorite Fair memories and experiences.

Share Your Treasures: Help us discover photographs, ribbons, trophies, programs, and other memorabilia. Items can also be photographed or scanned without being permanently donated.

Share Your Time: Volunteer to help with interviews, identifying photographs, organizing archives, special events, or other preservation projects.

Share Your Support: Make a financial contribution to help preserve our Fair's history for future generations.

Every story matters. Every photograph tells a piece of our history. And every contribution helps ensure that the traditions of the Venango County Fair continue for generations to come.
